Alaska Premier Sportfishing invites you to join us for the fishing trip of a lifetime. Join us aboard the fishing vessel Venturess for a custom 3-10 day fishing expedition. There is no way to describe the fishing that takes place when you have the opportunity to leave the day trip fishing grounds miles behind you. Trophy class fish become commonplace, crowds become nonexistent, and the marine life and scenery is magnificent.

Multiple species of fish are readily available when you have the extra time to spend. Ling cod, multiple species of rockfish, king and silver salmon (in season) inhabit the waters in which we fish. Unlike other operations there are no hidden gear costs, all jigs, lures, and tackle is provided.

The fishing vessel Venturess provides you the ultimate in long range Sportfishing. Powered by twin diesels it is both safe and reliable, with a cruising range of nearly three thousand miles. State of the art safety equipment includes, self inflating life rafts, emergency locating beacon, sat phone, dual VHF’s, SSB, dual GPS chart plotters, radar, and a fixed firefighting unit in the engine room. Measuring sixty five feet with a beam of twenty feet the Venturess is also the largest and most comfortable vessel in the fleet. Wide walk around decks, a fully covered aft deck to get out of inclement weather, and a five ton fish hold make the Venturess the ultimate long range Sport fisher. Cabin amenities include six staterooms that sleep fourteen in comfort. Five heads (marine toilets), three showers, washer and dryer, Jenn air range, Sigmar range, refrigerator, two freezers, TV/VCR/DVD, CD, and coffee maker to name a few.

All meals are included in the trip, special dietary needs can also be met. Dinner is served in the calm confines of a protected cove, usually where we spend the night. Breakfast and lunch are typically served on the way to the fishing grounds or while we are fishing. Water, milk, and a variety of sodas and juice are also provided. All that is necessary for you to bring on board is warm clothes, a camera, and your personal toiletries. Raingear can also be provided upon request.

Long range halibut fishing with Alaska Premier Sportfishing is available April through September. Voyages are between three and ten days. Many optional activities can also be added to any trip such as beachcombing, hiking, sea kayaking, or hunting.
