The Venturess is a sixty five foot, long range sportfishing machine. Built by Little Hoquim, purposefully designed for safety, stability, and live-aboard comfort. Powered by twin John Deere marine engines for propulsion and two Northern Lights marine generators for electric power. We invite you to walk the docks and find a better true fishing and hunting platform than the Venturess.

Inside amenities include washer/dryer, T/V, Apple T/V, DVD, Hot showers, Water Maker, bunks for 12, 110v power 24/7 and a full galley. Outside you will find full walkaround decks two marine toilets, hot and cold running water, 110 volt power, covered back deck, six ton fishhold, and a salt water filled fish box for keeping the days catch.

The vessel Venturess is a USCG certified vessel (beware of others that are not). Safety is our number one priority. We have redundant electronics, sat-phone, 50 man life raft, automatic fire suppression and cctv into our engine room all to keep you safe while aboard. All crew are drug tested and are CPR and basic first aid trained yearly.

Tackle

We have outfitted our Boat with the finest quality rods, reels, and downriggers available. Fishing tackle is always provided and is perfectly matched to the target species in Kodiak waters.
